Thermal Insulation

Temperature regulation and noise absorbtion

thermal insulation
In simple terms, thermal insulation keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. Plus, it absorbs noise.

Millions of kilometres of piping and pieces of mechanical process equipment exist across a multitude of industries within Australia and around the world. These pipelines move liquids, gases and other industrial products from point A to point B. Depending on the process and products involved this movement may be between equipment such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, agitators and mixers, heat exchangers, dryers, fluid beds, and surge vessels. The movement of this material is critical, but it will create unwanted energy loss, excess noise and corrosion of piping. Through insulation, there is a significant reduction of carbon emission as well as increased savings on the operating costs of machinery.
