Caledonia QLD were contracted to erect scaffolding at a new apartment complex over an extended period. This difficult, yet beautifully constructed building contains 32 individual residences, with a confirmed 80% of these apartments already sold to future residents.
This project has an estimated total value of $32 million. Our experienced team at Caledonia was contracted to provide complex scaffolding solutions and dismantle these materials once the construction was completed.
Topping out was conducted in October, with final renovations expected to be completed in mid-2025.
